Job Requirements

To be considered for employment with Mills Marine, there are several requirements we will discuss with you during the recruiting process, including:

  • Having a high school diploma
  • 18 years of age prior to starting work
  • Taking a drug test
  • U. S. Citizen
  • Submitting to a background check
  • Able to lift at least 10 lbs

Compensation

Mills Marine strives to offer a competitive salary for all employees. Your exact compensation package will depend on factors including your experience and the job you are applying for.

  • Our pay period is Monday through Sunday
  • Payday is Friday of each week (Direct Deposit)

Vacation Time

Full-time employees are entitled to paid accrued vacation time off.

 

Holidays

While the national average for employer paid holidays is 6 to 8 days, Mills Marine offers 11 Federal paid holidays off each year, for all full-time employees.

 

Bereavement

In the case of death in the employee’s immediate family, the employee will be given three (3) working days paid leave which will not be charged to vacation leave.
