Compensation

Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry strives to offer a competitive salary for all employees. Your exact compensation package will depend on factors including your experience and the job you are applying for.

 

  • Our pay period is Sunday through Saturday
  • Payday is biweekly, every other Thursday of each week.
  • Direct Deposit is available

Vacation Time

Employees enjoy vacation time accrued monthly, with the flexibility to schedule it in advance. At the start of each calendar year, full vacation accrual is provided to support work-life balance throughout the year.

 

Holidays

While the national average for employer paid holidays is 8 days, Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry offers 11 paid holidays off each year. All Veterans, Reservists or Active Members of our armed forces will also have an additional paid holiday in observation of Veterans Day.

 

Sick Time for All Employees

Hutchinson Aerospace offers 6 days of sick time.
